RYAN CHRISTIE admits Kieran Tierney’s transfer from Celtic to Arsenal has left a huge hole in the changing room – in the music stakes.
The former Hoops fans’ favourite was the resident DJ for his team-mates and Christie reckons he was the BEST he’s ever came across in football.
Since his departure the likes of Scott Brown and Christopher Jullien have tried to step up to the plate.
Scotland international Christie admitted he even gave it his best – but was found wanting.
He told the Celtic View: “KT had the Soundcloud account when he was here and he had a library of dance songs, remixes and all of that sort of stuff.
“I actually really liked all of that. He got some stick for his choices in the dressing room at times but I’ll always name KT as the best DJ I’ve ever come across in football.
“Broony’s sort of tried to take over since but his are just a bit too mad for me and a bit too hardcore.
“KT has left a big hole in the changing room music stakes – some boys have dipped their toe in, they’ve tried to take on the mantle, including myself, but it’s not been the same.”
FINAL CUT Rangers say Celtic-mad Rod Stewart was ‘directed to exit’ for goading director’s son
Big-money summer signing Jullien has been a hit on the pitch with his towering performances at the back.
He’s scored big goals against Lazio in the Europa League and the Betfred Cup Final winner against Rangers last week.
But he’s not found that number one hit in the dressing-room.

Christie added: “Big Chris Jullien jumps on in the gym sometimes. He puts some French rap on and it doesn’t go down well.
“I’ve tried to come in there, and while I think my music goes down well enough, I don’t have a big enough variety for everyone.
“I get found wanting after about five minutes on the speakers.
“Broony will bully his way on but his playlists are just ridiculous.”
