RYAN CHRISTIE was ordered to leave Celtic Park DURING his post-match interview to escape the furious Hoops fans outside the ground.

The Staggies ran out 2-0 winners to mount further pressure on the Hoops boss and end Celtic’s 35-game cup winning run.
Pictures and video footage has emerged of fans making their feelings clear at Parkhead.
And Sky Sports reporter Luke Shanley has revealed Christie’s interview was only three questions in before it was ENDED to make sure he was able to leave the stadium.
He said: “Crowds began to gather just after the full-time whistle and they were singing against Neil Lennon and also against the board.

“When Neil Lennon walked in for his media conference you could hear those chants it was very audible in the press conference room.
“Neil Lennon was saying that he still feels it’s too early to push the button in terms of the board sacking him.
“He still feels he can get more from this team and that he can turn it around.

“But that didn’t stop the fans turning up here – no social distancing.
“There were about a dozen police vans here to try and keep order, the fans weren’t happy.
“When Ryan Christie came in for is post-match media conference it only got as far as three questions in before he was asked to leave, to get away to make sure he got out of the building.
“So that was very interesting as well.
“That just tells you the anger.
ANGRY BHOYS Thousands of Celtic fans protest outside Parkhead demanding Lennon is sacked
“Remember Celtic have gone 35 domestic cup ties unbeaten, they had been trying to get 36.
“Well this is Glasgow, that’s not good enough despite a 35-match unbeaten run in the cups.
“Remember Celtic have only won one of their last ten games they’ve been on a poor run of late.
‘THEY ALLOWED THIS’ Celtic fans turn on board for failing to sack Lennon after Cup exit
“So that’s been very difficult for the fans to take, certainly this season when they are trying to get Ten in a Row.
“They’re behind in the league table, they’re out of Europa already, so that’s why they turned up here to voice their anger.

“But Neil Lennon, a man who was a manager here in the past in his first spell, he feels that can still turn it around.
“But I don’t know if that will be enough to appease the fans before they play their next game against Milan in Europe this week.”
